We can support you remotely or on-site and will do what ever it takes to get your studio up and running in the shortest time possible.

Onsite labour rates for our highly skilled engineers start at £60 / hour + VAT. (minimum 1 hour charge)

Once onsite our engineers will diagnose the fault(s) and ascertain the requirements for resolving
these. We hold a large stock of Parts, Products, Software and Technical Resources
so that more often than not we are fully equipped to resolve issues without needing to re-visit.

We also offer full service contracts for regular clients.

Standard Charges

Onsite Labour / hour: £60 + VAT
(Weekdays, minimum one hour charge)

Onsite Labour / day: £500 + VAT
(applies for pre-planned days or after 8 hours onsite)

Mileage / mile: £0.60 + VAT
(Return trip from NW2 7HJ)

Additional Charges which may apply

**Parking Charges will apply as encountered, where free parking is not available.

**Weekend Labour / hour: £90 + VAT
(Applies from 20:00 Fridays - 07:00 Mondays)

**Call Out Charge: £60 + VAT
(One-off additional charge applies for call outs with less than 48 hours notice)

**Travel Time Charges / hour: £30 + VAT
(only applies for locations outside of the M25)
